The Cultivate Summit is curated specifically for minority women entrepreneurs in the DMV Region to gather in person to build community and spark inspiration. During this day-long summit, we will focus on cultivating cross-sector connections and creating opportunities for education, network development, and direct technical assistance.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees. The day will culminate with a Networking Happy Hour. Come celebrate and grow with us!
The Washington Area Community Investment Fund (Wacif) has served the DC Metro Region for over 35 years with a mission to increase equity and economic opportunity in underserved communities by investing knowledge, social, and financial capital in low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs. In 2022, 60% of all clients served by Wacif identified as women and 52% of clients identified as women of color. Under the leadership of the Enterprising Women of Color DMV Business (EWOC) Center, we are hosting our first Women’s Summit, the Cultivate Summit will break down barriers for women of color entrepreneurs with the intention of cultivating growth for their businesses.
